Flexible working is "a way of working that suits an employee’s needs, for example having flexible start and finish times, or working from home". Employers should analyse and assess the advantages or each individual application. As it's not always straightforward for both parties (the employees and employers), we are happy to see the government has endeavoured to clarify by providing guidelines. #flex it
